EVENT COORDINATION

On average, without a wedding coordinator, couples will spend between 200 to 300 hours planning their wedding. Time is money these days and hiring a coordinator will save you time, money and allow you to relax and enjoy your engagement. We will ensure you stay on budget, book the right vendors to fit your style, and use our wealth of knowledge and experience to turn your expectations into a reality. We have a variety of packages available and are able to offer additional services at your request, recommending specialized vendors if required.

 

Some things to discuss before contacting a coordinator is: number of guests, budget, theme and style, season/month you want, cities you will consider and the time frame (lunch reception, dinner reception, late night ceremony, weekend getaway, etc).

WEEK-OF COORDINATION

For the couple that has their wedding planned, but wants a professional to oversee the big day and take over on the wedding week. Let us ensure that everything runs smoothly and in a timely manner, allowing you and your guests to enjoy every moment. We take over the planning one week before the event.

Our services include (but are not limited to):

  • Complimentary initial consultation to discuss your needs

  • Vendor confirmations one week prior to event

  • Attendance and coordination at the cermeony rehearsal

  • Assistance with set up and tear down of wedding items including place cards, favours, guest book, seating chart, etc.

  • Creating a detailed itinerary for the wedding day

  • Take care of final payments and gratuities on wedding day

  • Minimum of two wedding consultants on site

  • Full access to emergency kit

  • Day-of Coordination including vendor management, overseeing setup, ceremony orchestration, problem solving and main vendor contact

FULL PLANNING

For the couple that needs assistance & guidance with all aspects of the wedding. We will be there to guide you through the entire process and turn your vision into a reality.

This package includes (but is not limited to):

  • Initial consultation to discuss your vision and needs

  • Unlimited meetings, phone calls and emails

  • Style and theme concept design

  • Budget creation and management

  • Assistance in venue selection for ceremony and reception

  • Etiquette and logistic information

  • Vendor recommendations and confirmation

  • Attendance at vendor meetings as required

  • Review of all contracts to outline vendor responsibilities

  • Attendance and coordination at the ceremony rehearsal

  • Arranging transportation for couple and bridal party

  • Assistance with set up of wedding items: place cards, favours, guest book, etc.

  • Creating a detailed itinerary for the wedding day

  • Finalizing all details and liaising with vendors

  • Planning checklist to cover all wedding details

  • Take care of final payments and gratuities on wedding day

  • Minimum of two wedding consultants on site

  • Day-of Coordination including vendor management, overseeing setup, ceremony orchestration, problem solving and main vendor contact

WEDDING COACH

For the DIY couple that is looking for advice or a point in the right direction. We will sit down with you to go over anything and everything.
